Please log in to your Patient Portal account for your lab results and prescription refill requests. All prescription refills should be submitted via facsimile by your pharmacy or through the Patient Portal. Please allow 72 hours processing time for all prescription requests. Accepted Insurance
The following is a list of healthcare plans we are currently contracted with (updated March 2014.) These contracted health plans are subject to change.
Please verify with your insurance carrier that they are still contracted with us. Please contact PWH Business Office at 770-962-5100 if your insurance is not listed.
As a service to our patients, we submit all primary insurance claims. We submit secondary insurance claims for Medicare patients only.
Nevertheless, you the patient, are ultimately responsible for payment of your healthcare services.
Our billing staff is available to assist you with all billing questions.
However, to ensure you receive the greatest benefit from your health insurance carrier, we encourage you to become familiar with your benefits including co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles as well as referral and pre-certification requirements.
